20’ X 56’ Custom Precision Craft Boatworks Houseboat @ Lake McClure, Ca. No extras were forgotten on this extremely custom houseboat. Summer Madness has two bedrooms, two baths, ducted heat an a/c throughout, Maple paneling and cabinetry are complimented with granite counters and a simulated leather ceiling. A custom davit hoists jets skis onto the roof that includes a custom cuddy cabin, large wet bar, fly-bridge with built in lounges, water slide, and a custom hard cover canopy with recessed lighting and speakers.
